Tsogo's Suncoast Casino Makes it's Online Presence FeltJust a few months into a new online strategy encompassing a fresh, upgraded website, a steadily growing Facebook page, Youtube video uploads and several online promotions, Durban's popular Suncoast Casino & Entertainment World is enjoying a surge in its online popularity. Says SUNCOAST Brand Manager, Sandile Xolo, "This growth is relatively uncommon in the South African casino sector, where very few brands have aggressively positioned themselves online. Our latest online statistics and reporting show that our Internet marketing efforts are indeed bringing unique visitors to our website and improving our overall engagement with our valued patrons." He said this was part of SUNCOAST's drive to harness the previously untapped potential of e-marketing for South African casinos, and to remain at the forefront of the gamer-tainment industry. The casino complex's global Alexa ranking – which compares global websites’ quarterly performance in terms of top sites, Internet traffic statistics, reach and page views – enjoyed a 60% improvement during the three months from August to the end of October 2010.
